SEGUIN, Texas - The University of Dallas men’s track and field competed in the first day of the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC) Championships in Seguin, Texas on Saturday. After one day four Crusaders have completed thus far. Logan Byrum (Kingsburg, Calif.) was the first Crusaders to achieve a new PR at the SCAC Championship throwing 11.04m (36’2.75”) in the men’s shot put. Byrum is also so far the highest placing Crusaders finishing in ninth for shot put.

UD Men's Track and Field Compete at McMurry Warhawk Challenge on Saturday; Last race until SCAC Championships

ABILENE, Texas - The University of Dallas men’s track and field team competed in the McMurry Warhawk Challenge on Saturday. Ryan Conner (Overland Park, Texas) and Logan Byrum (Kingsburg, Calif.) led the way for the Crusaders with a trio of PRs. Conner improved his time in the 1500m run by almost three seconds, recording a time of 4:42.75 in the event.
