In 2015, the Crusaders men's team placed fourth place (105 points). Peter deTar (Coeur d'Alene, Idaho) ran last year and scored a 32:59 time. Two newcomers, Thomas Hogan (Saint Louis, Mo.) and John James (Metairie, La.) have been the top pair of runners for UD this fall. In the last 8k, Hogan ran his best time 26:55.4 minutes, and James improved in his second race of his career with a 27:37.2-mark. deTar clocked a personal record (PR) 30:41.7 minutes.

On the women's side, Dallas claimed third place (97 points) in last year's conference championship. The Crusaders have achieved this spot in the standings the past two seasons. Bridgett Kennedy headlined the individuals that race with a 25:49 time and took 15th. She has posted another strong campaign being among the top three runners all year. Angela Moore (Austin, Texas) ran her fastest career time (20:12.6) in the last 5k (University of Dallas invitational) to lead UD. Joey Danaher (Boulder, Colo.) and Emily Cosgrove (Simonton, Texas) have also performed well recently, and tallied PRs in their last 5ks with 21:26 and 21:30 times, respectively.

After Dallas finishes this race, both squads wrap up the season at the United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA).
