THE LEAD

The University of Dallas volleyball team plays its second tournament of the season and will have four more matches against just as many different opponents as it takes part in the Austin College Invitational on September 8th-9th. The quartet of foes that UD is set to play all are part of the American Southwest Conference (ASC). This includes a rematch against a team that defeated the Crusaders last weekend in four sets, LeTourneau University.

Dallas is 1-3 in the young season and will start the tournament at 2 p.m. against McMurry University. Immediately following, the Crusaders take on Sul Ross State University. The next morning at 9 a.m., Dallas faces LeTourneau and then wraps up the weekend with Concordia University approximately at 3 p.m.
