C.J. came to University of Dallas from Goodyear, Ariz., and
Estralla Foothills High School where she was a three-sport star for
the Wolves. In volleyball, C.J. was an All-State setter and
Conference MVP. C.J. was an All-Region guard in basketball and an
All-State outfielder in softball, leading her Estralla team to a
state championship her senior year. Additionally, C.J. played club
volleyball for the West Valley Jrs. Off the playing field C.J. was
a National Honor student and active in several campus clubs and
organizations.
C.J. spent her freshman year at UD splitting time between setter and defensive specialist, where she is an excellent passer/digger. C.J. progressed well over the spring and this year she figures to be the team’s starting setter. A smart and athletic setter, C.J. is also emerging as a team leader for the Crusaders.
C.J. continues to be a top student and active person on the UD campus. She is a Biology major with an interest in continuing on to a career in veterinary medicine.
