Taylor Suggs came to UD from San Diego, Calif., where she was a two-year starter at middle blocker for the Westview High School volleyball team. Taylor also starred for the Wolverine basketball team, setting several school rebounding records while leading her team to a CIF Championship. Additionally, she ran track for Westview and played club volleyball for the prestigious Coast VBC.  Off the court Taylor was a National Honor student and Scholar Athlete-of-the-Year honoree.

Taylor moved to the outside at UD and has adapted quickly to her new position. She gives the Crusaders a strong arm and solid all-around skills on the right side. Taylor progressed well during her freshman campaign and looks to expand her role in this, her second year.

Taylor's strong academics and community involvement has carried over to UD where she is a top student in psychology and a member of the Alpha Phi Omega national service fraternity.
