FRESHMAN YEAR (2009): 39 matches & 126 games, 1127 assists, for an avg. of 8.94 assists per game, 31 aces, 235 digs for a 1.87 digs per game avg, 8 solo blocks & 42 assisted blocks for 50 total blocks & .40 blocks per game. Letter winner, North Eastern Athletic Conference All-Conference Second Team, UD record holder for assists in a season.

PERSONAL: Amanda is the daughter of Derek and Jane Kitten, and she was born January 11, 1991, and lives in Lubbock, TX. She has one sister and is currently undecided. Her favorite athlete is Shawn Johnson, and her favorite movie is Meet Joe Black. In her free time, Amanda enjoys reading, writing, sleeping, listening to music, and spending time with her friends and family.
