SOPHOMORE YEAR (2009): 39 matches & 134 games, 288 kills in 667 attempts for 2.15 kills per game, 6 solo blocks & 81 assisted blocks for 87 total blocks and .65 blocks per game, 34 service aces, 87 digs for .65 digs per game. Letter winner, North Eastern Athletic Conference All-Conference First Team, Association of Division III Independents All-Independent First Team.

FRESHMAN YEAR (2008): 31 matches & 100 games, 142 kills in 497 attempts for 1.42 kills per game, 29 total blocks for .29 blocks per game, 50 digs. Letter winner.

HIGH SCHOOL: A three year volleyball letter winner, she finished her senior season at 32-13, 3rd in Kansas H.S. Volleyball 4A State Tournament, and recorded the best season in Tonganoxie High volleyball history. She was named All-Kaw Valley League Honorable Mention in 2007. She capped her senior season by being named to the Kansas Volleyball Association All-Academic First Team. Liz also lettered 3 years in basketball, and finished 4th place in the Kansas Class 4A Basketball State Tournament in the 2006-07 season. During her basketball career at Tonganoxie, her team accumulated a record of 85-13, as she garnered All-Kaw Valley League-First Team three times. Academically, Baska was named to the National Honor Society, Student Council, and received the Award for Academic Excellence Honors.

PERSONAL: The daughter of Mark and Chris, and has one brother. Baska's favorite athletes and role models are Misty May and Kerri Walsh.
