LAS COLINAS, Texas - The University of Dallas women's tennis team lost their conference match with Texas Lutheran 8-1 on Saturday.  They are now 0-11 on the year and 0-4 in conference play.

Sanskriti Baranwal and Caroline Dodson were defeated 8-2 at line one doubles, while Kathleen Roset (pictured) and Jill Gettman lost 8-4 at line two doubles.  Line three doubles went to Texas Lutheran by default.

Baranwal and Gettman fought tight battles in their singles matches.  Baranwal went down 6-3, 6-2 at line three, and Gettman was defeated 6-4, 6-3 at line four.  

Roset was beaten 6-0, 6-1 on line one, Dodson lost 6-2, 6-1 on line two, and Monica Kennedy was beaten 6-1, 6-0 in her line five singles match.  Line six went to UD by default.

The Crusaders are back at home for their next conference match against St. Thomas.  They will host the Celts on Friday, April 12 at 1:00 pm.
