
Women's Tennis Falls to HPU

LAS COLINAS, Texas - The University of Dallas women's tennis team lost their non-conference match against Howard Payne University on Saturday, falling to 0-8 on the season.
Both line one and line two doubles went 8-3 for Howard Payne: Kathleen Roset and Sanskriti Baranwal on line one, and Caroline Dodson and Jill Gettman on line two for Dallas.
Baranwal made a deep run in set two of her singles match, but was defeated 6-2, 6-4 at line three. Dodson and Gettman were defeated 6-0, 6-1 at lines two and four, respectively. Roset was defeated 6-0, 6-0 at line one, and Monica Kennedy was defeated 6-0, 6-0 at line five.
Lines three in doubles and six in singles went to Howard Payne by default.
