GAME INFORMATION
The University of Dallas women's soccer team plays its final home matches of the 2019 campaign on Friday, October 25, at 5 p.m. and Sun., October 27, at 12 p.m.
SENIOR DAY
Prior to Sunday's kickoff, the Crusaders will recognize a quartet of seniors that will be suiting up a final time at home. This group includes: Olivia Severson (La Crosse, Wis.), Victoria Salazar (Grand Terrace, Calif.), Gabby Gonzalez (McAllen, Texas), and Elisa Duran (Pomona, Cailf.).
MATCH NOTES
- Dallas (8-4-1, 4-0 SCAC) has gone unbeaten this month as part of a five-game winning streak.
- The Crusaders are second in the league standings due to having just 12 points because of lesser matches played than Trinity University, who lead with 15 points.
- The five-game winning streak is the longest since 2012.
- Severson earned Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC) Defensive Player of the Week and United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA) Goalkeeper of the Week.
- The Crusaders defense has not allowed a goal in all 450 minutes played this month, which includes four conference games. UD has seven shutouts overall.
- Alyssa Mencacci (League City, Texas) paces the team with seven goals and 16 points. Nine different players have tallied a point. Makayla Snow became the fourth player with multiple goals and created a trio of players with two on the season.
- UD has outscored its opponents 8-3 in the first half.

- Centenary is 12-1 overall and 3-1 in the SCAC.
- The Ladies have outdone their opponents 227-55 on shots, which as led to 103 shots on goal and 36 that have successfully found the back of the net. Opponents have only scored seven times.
- Migui Boldrin bolsters the offense with 13 goals and 30 points. Kyra Montes has totaled eight goals and a team-high seven assists for 23 points. In the last four matches, she has dished four helpers and scored a hat trick last Monday against Louisiana College.
- St. Thomas carries a 4-5-1 record and 1-3 mark in league play. The past three matches have been setbacks to conference foes.
- Three of UST's SCAC games have been decided by a goal.
- Katarina Maksimov has logged six goals and three assists for 15 points. Aeriana Lewis has tallied four assists for a team-best, and Kennedy Sessions has scored three goals for the next highest scoring spot.
FAMILIAR FOES
The Crusaders are 7-2 since starting 1-2-1 on the 2019 campaign. Both losses came the opposing teams arriving in Irving this weekend. The Celts prevailed 3-0 led by Maksimov netting a pair. Two goals came in the second half, but UD was limited to five shots and two on frame.
Dallas then traveled to Centenary College and could not hold a 1-0 first half lead, as the Ladies continued its undefeated season at the time with win number nine. Monica O'Donnell scored for the Crusaders less than two minutes into action, but Boldrin had the equalizer and game-winner for Centenary. She is the last player to break through on UD's defense.
Both losses were designated non-conference games, so did not impact the standings.
