GAME INFORMATION
The University of Dallas women's lacrosse team hosts Elimra College on Wednesday at 4 p.m. This match is the team's home opener and begins a stretch of five-of-seven matches at home.
UD NOTES
- Emily Pauletti (Dallas, Texas) scored the team's lone goal this season at Huntingdon College.
- Pauletti (5), Isabella Flynn (Seattle, Wash.), and Gabby Dixon (San Diego, Calif.) (both 3) combined for 11 of the team's 15 shots.
- Lizz Winkler (St. Charles, Ill.) made nine saves in 60 minutes.
- Dallas was 2-5 at home last season.
- UD expanded its roster size to 16.
ABOUT ELIMRA
- The Soaring Eagles dropped a 17-4 result at Southwestern University on Monday.
- Mikayla Carfello put EC up first early on, but the Pirates used 13 first half goals to put the contest in hand. She had another one in the match too. Seven of eight shots were on cage.
- Rachael Goetz netted two other goals for the guests.
- Carfello led the Soaring Eagles with 24 goals a season ago.
- Elimra went 2-15 in 2019.
