Yoshimura, Allen, Hagemann represent Dallas on 2012-13 All-SCAC Women's Basketball Teams

SHERMAN, Texas - The Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC) has named Kylie Yoshimura to the 2012-13 All-SCAC Women's Basketball First Team, while placing Christy Allen and Brooke Hagemann on the Third Team. 

These honors come in a 12-15 (4-11 SCAC) season, in which Dallas earned the No. 5 seed into the conference tournament. 

Yoshimura (Temple City, Calif.) accumulated a school record 175 assists to finish first in the SCAC in the category. The 5-foot-4 senior guard's career 578 assists are most in program history. She garnered a 1.5 assists-to turnover ratio and sank 97 free throws, both of which were third in the SCAC. The four-time Lady Crusader MVP also managed a team-high 395 points (fifth) at 14.6 points per game (sixth) and 48 three-pointers (seventh). 

Allen (Burton, Mich.) and Hagemann (Oklahoma City, Okla.) landed on the Third Team. Allen tallied a team-high 232 rebounds, a mark which proved third best in the SCAC. The 5-foot-10 junior post's 309 points were second on Dallas, while a 49 percent field-goal percentage was third in the SCAC. Allen also made 73 free throws (eighth). Hagemann sank 76-of-99 free throws (sixth) for a 76.8 free-throw percentage (seventh). The 5-foot-11 sophomore guard also trekked to 16 blocks (eighth) and 170 rebounds (ninth).
