Senior shortstop Brittany Castro tabbed to 2013 SCAC Softball 'All-Tournament' Team

IRVING, Texas - University of Dallas senior shortstop Brittany Castro has been named by the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC) to the 2013 SCAC Softball All-Tournament Team.

Castro (Houston) helped the No. 5 seeded Lady Crusaders advance to day two of the 2013 SCAC Championship Tournament.

She tabulated a .500 batting average (4-for-8) over three games, netting two doubles and a triple. Castro also scored two runs and produced two RBI.
