Freshman Ryan McAnany garners SCAC Men's Cross Country 'Runner of the Week' honors

LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. - RYAN MCANANY OF THE UNIVERSITY OF DALLAS, a first-year runner from Rockhurst, Mo., has been selected the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC) Men's Cross Country Runner-of-the-Week for meets run through Saturday, Sept. 8.

McAnany competed in his first meet of the season at the University of Texas-Tyler Twilight Invitational on Friday, Sept. 7. In the 5K race, McAnany finished with a time of 17:11 for ninth-place on a challenging course, leading the team to a third-place finish overall.
