McAnany, Secaira stride to 2012 USCAA Men's Cross Country All-American 'Second Team'
NEWPORT NEWS, Va. - University of Dallas freshmen runners Ryan McAnany and Javier Secaira have been named 2012 United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA) Men's Cross Country Second Team All-Americans.
McAnany (Lake Quivira, Kan.) posted an eighth-place finish at the USCAA Championships, running 28:28.01 to pace Dallas to seventh.
Secaira (Tacoma, Wash.) claimed 13th with a time of 28:57.05 on the 8K course.
