Crusaders Unveil 2019 Schedule; Begin February 23rd
IRVING, Texas - The University of Dallas track and field has finalized its 2019 schedule. Fifth-year head coach Matt Barber will lead the Crusaders in six competitions this spring. The Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC) Championships will be held this year at Trinity University April 26th-27th. The men's and women's teams will both compete in the same competitions.
Dallas will participate in the HSU Early Season Invite on February 23rd to open up the 2019 campaign. The Crusaders will then have three events in the month of March. UD will kick off March with the Marc Randle Classic on the 1st in Tyler, Texas.
After a three-week break Dallas will then hit the ground running with back-to-back competitions to finish up the month. The TLU D-III Invitational will be held in Seguin, Texas on the 23rd. The Crusaders will then head to Magnolia, Arkansas for the Dan Veach Invitational hosted by Southern Arkansas University on March 30th.
The Crusaders will begin April with the East Texas Invitational in Commerce, Texas for a two-day event on the 12th-13th. This event, hosted by Texas A&M Commerce, will be the final competition before the Conference Championships held in San Antonio.
