Chang Dominates in Loss to TLU

SEGUIN, Texas - The University of Dallas men's tennis team lost their conference matchup against Texas Lutheran 7-2 on Saturday, falling to 0-11 on the year and 0-3 in conference play.

The Bulldogs took two points from doubles play; Thomas O'Donnell and Andrew Le were defeated 8-1 at line one, and and Ronan O'Reilly and Saldivar were defeated 8-2 at line three.  Shu-Lun Chang and John-Paul Collins secured the win at line two by a score of 8-0.

Chang was just as dominant in his singles matchup, winning 6-0, 6-0 at line one to nab the Crusaders second and final point of the day.  There were good, competitive battles all around.  After losing 6-0 in set one, Collins fought in set two to fall 6-3.  O'Donnell was defeatd 6-1, 6-3, Le went down 6-2, 6-0, and Saldivar was beaten 6-2, 6-0. O'Reilly was beaten 6-0, 6-0 at line six.

This was the final regular season match for the Crusaders.  They now have 13 days to prepare for the SCAC Championship. starting on Friday, April 28.
