THE LEAD

The University of Dallas men's soccer team (8-7-1, 7-4-1 SCAC) will wrap up its home portion of the regular season on Friday versus No. 16 Colorado College around 4 p.m. Prior to the match, Dallas will recognize senior Colton Allen (Roanoke, Texas) for "Senior Day."

Dallas enters with its highest total of conference wins since joining five years ago, and also boasts the most points in the standings during that span. The Crusaders have been successful at the friendly confines, going 6-2, and 5-1 versus league opponents.

A week ago, UD blanked Centenary College, 6-0, for its highest scoring tally of the campaign. The lone senior on the team, Allen, managed his first career hat trick and earned SCAC Co-Offensive Player of the Week.

INSIDE UD STATS

Allen's hat trick propelled him to five on the season – ranking him second on the squad. Junior Barton Holdridge (Fort Worth, Texas) continues to be atop of the listings with seven. Sophomore Naseem Said (Pearland, Texas) has tallied two points in each of the last three outings. In the Centenary victory, Said was involved with a pair of assists.

Junior Tino Gamueda (Lubbock, Texas) picked up his fifth shutout of the season last game at Centenary College. He has limited the opposition to six goals at Crusader Field this fall, and no more than two goals in a contest.
