McMINNVILLE, Ore. - On Saturday, the University of Dallas men's soccer team extended its winning streak to three in a row following a 2-0 decision at Linfield College (2-1).

The Wildcats held an 11-8 shot advantage, but were unsuccessful against the Crusader's sophomore goalkeepers Tino Gamueda (Lubbock, Texas) and P.J. Hasson (Fairfax, Va.). The duo split the action between the posts at 45 minutes apiece and combined for five saves.

Mannings put Dallas on the board at the 31:03 minute mark, after completing a fast break that was created off excellent pass execution from senior Matthew Wise (Portland, Ore.) and freshman Jake Schnell (Tucson, Ariz.). The midfielders each tallied an assist on the sequence that lifted UD to a 1-0 edge going into halftime.

In the second half, a goal by junior forward Colton Allen (Roanoke, Texas) doubled the margin for the navy and white and would be plenty of scoring on the triumph. Allen's second goal of the campaign came at the 65:07 mark and was assisted by freshman defender Joe Wiele (St. Louis, Mo.).

Wise had a team-high three shots and two shots on goal. Rounding out the trio with multi-shot attempts were Mannings and senior midfielder Nathan Nwaeze (Mansfield, Texas) with two.

Dallas has now gone three-straight contests and played 270 minutes without allowing a goal.
