FOREST GROVE, Ore. - The University of Dallas men's soccer team (4-0) remains unbeaten in their 2014 season, following 1-0 dramatic victory over Pacific University (2-2) on Sunday afternoon.

Sophomore forward Ben Mannings (Bath, England) netted the game-winning goal in the 88th minute to help Dallas open its 2014 campaign with four-straight shutouts. He was assisted by freshman midfielder Luke Schwarz (Tucson, Ariz.).

Mannings has scored in three-straight matches, and boasts a team-high three goals in the 2014 season.

The navy and white were outshot 18-9, but the combination of sophomore goalkeepers Tino Gamueda (Lubbock, Texas) and P.J. Hasson (Fairfax, Va.) halted any offense from the Boxers.

The duo compiled seven saves, with Hasson picking up four in the opening frame. Gamueda (3-0) nabbed the other three in the winning effort.
