Dallas Top 5 in SCAC Conference Preview

LAKE WHITNEY, Texas -- The University of Dallas men's golf team wrapped up the final round of action of the 2024 SCAC Conference Preview on Tuesday.  The Crusaders finished in fourth place after posting a round two score of 309, wrapping up the tournament with a final score of 616.  They were three strokes behind third place St. Thomas, and six strokes ahead of fifth place TLU.

Trinity held the lead start to finish, securing the top spot with 304 in round two and a score of 596 (+20).

The Crusaders had one top 3 finisher, Hueiseung Kim paced the Crusaders, securing a third place finish.  He shot 75 (146 total) and +2 to par.

Mike Zhang captured a top 10 score in round two. He manged to shoot a 70 in round one and had to battle his way back up the board ending the invitational shooting 80 in round two in 10th place.

Iain Griggs shot 152 to finish 11th, Rex Soulliere shot 155 to finish 21st to round out the top 25 finishers field.
