
Crusaders Place 5th in Robinsonville
ROBINSONVILLE, Mississippi -- The University of Dallas men's golf team wrapped up the final round of action of the 2024 Rhodes Fall Invitational on Monday. The Crusaders finished in fifth place after posting a round three score of +5 to par, wrapping up the invite with a three-day score of 884 (+20). Dallas was six strokes behind fourth-place hosts Rhodes College (A), and one stroke ahead of sixth-place DePauw.
The Crusaders' Iain Griggs won the individual title and led Dallas to a 5th place team finish, with an individual score of 212 (-4)
Southwestern (TX) held the lead from start to finish off the weekend despite finishing 2nd in the scorecard on the second day. They would secure the top spot with a 288 (E) in round three and a total score of 873 (+9).
The Crusaders had three tied for the 29th finishing spot, Rex Soulliere, Mike Zhang, Heuiseung Kim. All three Crusaders registered a 224 (+8) and rounding out the field was Antonio Alvarez at +27 to par.
