Crusaders Wrap Up Day One at Rhodes Invitational

TUNICA, Miss. - The University of Dallas men's golf team wrapped up day one of competition in the Rhodes Fall Invitational on Sunday.  They currently sit tied for fifth place with Huntingdon College after posting a two-round score of 590.  The Crusaders are only six strokes from the top three, and 11 strokes behind the leaders, Piedmont University.  Dallas is fourth in par three scoring thus far with an average score of 3.13, and currently leads the field in ealges with three: one each by Trey Schneider, karsten Paciotti, and Anthony Prudence.

Paciotti curerntly leads for UD at T8 with Corbin Barton of LeTourneau University, finishing the day at an even par.  He tied for the low round of the day with a 67 in round one, but shot a 77 in round two and is currently six strokes behind the leader, Josh Hebrink of Piedmont.  Jackson Lehner is two strokes over in a four way tie for 15th, Rex Soulliere and Trey Schneider are in a nine way tie for 33rd at +6.  Anthony Prudence currently sits at +20 on the day.

The Crusaders will wrap up play tomorrow.  If they are able to hold their spot, they will match their finish from the Rhodes Spring Invitational this past April.
