Schuberg claims SCAC Golfer of the Week for the 2nd Time in Past 3 Weeks
LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. – Thomas Schuberg (Camarillo, Calif.) of the University of Dallas was named the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC) Men's Golfer of the Week for competitions played through Tuesday, October 4. Schuberg captured his second weekly accolade this season and in the past three weeks. It is just as many for the sophomore's career and is the first time the Crusaders have had multiple winners in a season.
Schuberg earned his first individual tournament victory with a 76 (+4) in the Hendrix College Dual last Sunday. He inched the Warriors' top golfer by one stroke and helped lift UD to its first team win of the campaign with a total of 327.
Dallas will be at Stonetree Golf Club hosted by University of Mary Hardin-Baylor on October 10-11.
