Schuberg and Trevino rank in Top Three on Saturday at Hendrix Dual Match

CONWAY, Ark. – The University of Dallas men's golf team completed the spring season duel match number 3 versus Hendrix College on Saturday. Dallas scored a 361 as a team, while the Warriors shot a 342. The Conway Country Club was marked as a Par 70.

Garnering a career-best score for the Crusaders was freshman Thomas Schuberg (Camarillo, Calif.) with a 77. That was two points lower than his previous best in the first day of the fall tournament against Hendrix on October 9, 2015. Schuberg led the individual rankings for Dallas by claiming second overall. Teammate Peter Trevino (Dallas, Texas) was right behind in third place and shot an 86.

Kevin Austrian was the top scorer for the Warriors, and topped the group by two strokes less for a 75 on the scorecard.

The two programs meet a final time on Sunday.
