Nickel tabbed on USCAA All-Academic Team

NEWPORT NEWS, Va. – The United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA) released the 2015 USCAA Golf National All-Academic Team. 18 players were listed, including sophomore Matthew Nickel (Wichita, Kan.) from the University of Dallas men's golf team. He is the first member of the program to earn the accolade. Nickel is a double major, studying both physics and math. 

To be eligible to be named on the All-Academic Team, nominated student-athletes must have completed 24 or more credits on their USCAA Transcripts and a cumulative grade point average must be 3.50 (on a 4.00 point system) or greater.
