2021 UD Top Performer: Boyled down to Leading Crusaders in Post

IRVING, Texas - We will be taking a look back at top individual performances and moments from the spring of 2021. It was a unique semester in which the University of Dallas had 15 NCAA sponsored sports competing.

Jack Boyle was a freshman forward pressed into starting duties when the Dallas men's basketball team and he adapted nicely. After combining for 14 points 18 rebounds through the first four games, Boyle eclipsed double-digits in scoring in six of the last seven contests and broke double-digits in four games in that stretch, which included three-straight double-doubles. Boyle earned career-highs in points (18), rebounds (19), and blocks (six) in either of the Centenary College games (Jan. 29-30). After picking up his third straight double-double in the first-of-two at Schreiner University, Boyle shot 72.7 percent (8-11) for his 16 points in a UD victory in Kerrville. Those efforts helped Boyle claim United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA) Player of the Week.
