GEORGETOWN, Texas - The University of Dallas men's basketball team (9-10, 3-6 SCAC) fell 83-73 to Southwestern University (6-13, 3-6 SCAC) on Saturday night.

The Crusaders claimed an 8-2 lead out of the gate, behind two 3-pointers from Ross Davidson (Dana Point, Calif.).

The senior foward/center finished with a team-high 16 points. Davidson added seven rebounds, two assists and a block in 32 minutes on the court.

In the final 6:18 of play before halftime, Dallas was outscored 20-10. The Pirates took a 35-25 advantage into the break.
