Alumni from 1999-2001 ASC East Division Championship Teams Honored Sunday

IRVING, Texas – The University of Dallas baseball team recognized the 1999, 2000, and 2001 American Southwest Conference (ASC) East Division Championship Teams prior to Sunday's 4-1 victory against Schreiner University.

The event was coordinated by the baseball booster club, and their support has helped begin a project on May 1 to roof and light the batting cages that are located behind the right field fence at Crusader Field. A special thanks to Jim McCoy and other members of the booster club for supporting this endeavor.

Joining head coach Joe Myers in honoring the alumni in attendance that took the field were University of Dallas President, Thomas W. Keefe, and Vice President of Enrollment and Student Services, John Plotts.
