Andrew Bossert, Trevor Keele voted 2013 USCAA Baseball 'Honorable Mention' All-Americans

NEWPORT NEWS, Va. - Two Crusaders -- Andrew Bossert and Trevor Keele -- have been named by the United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA) to the 2013 USCAA Baseball Honorable Mention All-American Team.

Bossert (Friendswood, Texas) went 7-2 in 2013 and was one of six pitchers to comprise the honorable mention team. The 6-foot-4 junior right-hander ranked as follows in the USCAA: 87.2 innings pitched (first), seven wins (tied first), seven complete games (tied second), 58 strike outs (fourth) and a 2.57 ERA (15th).

Keele (Edgewood, Texas) batted .336 in his first year with Dallas and was one of six first basemen to be pegged honorable mention. The 6-foot-1 sophomore right-handed hitter ranked as follows in the USCAA: Six home runs (third), four sacrifice flies (tied fourth), 32 RBI (tied 14th), 50 hits (tied 15th) and 10 doubles (tied 25th).
