George Schneller played basketball at the University of Dallas from 1997-98 to 2000-01. During that time he set the school record for field goals in a career with 591 and is in the top five in five other career categories including scoring where he is second with 1,574 points. Most significantly however is the fact that in his senior year he led the team to the best record ever by a University of Dallas men's basketball team, 18-6, .750. His accomplishments were acknowledged by his selection as an All American in 1999-00 and 2000-01.
