Announcement: Internet-connectivity issues force Spring Sports to be shown on CTVT via Tape Delay

IRVING, Texas - Due to the inability to access a quality Internet connection at our outdoor sports venues, until further notice, the College TV Ticket (CTVT) broadcasts featuring University of Dallas home games will be shown via tape delay.

Despite our best efforts, we were unable to produce a quality Internet connection that would support a great deal of bandwidth for the high-definition encoder to cover the three outdoor fields (Baseball, Lacrosse, and Softball).

On game days, the CTVT broadcasts will begin as soon as we have access to a secure Internet connection, or roughly 2-3 hours after the final game's completion. In some instances, games will be shown the next day because of time constraints. 

The games will be archived to CTVT for those unable to watch at the adjusted tape-delay start times. 

We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause our CTVT users, and we appreciate your patience as we continue to work dilligently to resolve this matter. 

Tape-delay times will be listed on CTVT as soon as possible.
