SCAC Releases 2015 Fall All-Sportsmanship Teams

LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. – The Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC) today announced its eighth annual fall All-Sportsmanship teams. A total of 41 student-athletes were selected to the 2015 squad in the sports of men’s cross country, women’s cross country, men’s soccer, women’s soccer, and volleyball.
The SCAC Places a special emphasis on sportsmanship each year and is asking all fans of the conference to exhibit good sportsmanship at all conference functions throughout the 2015-16 season. SCAC Presidents’ Council Statement on Fan Sportsmanship.
For the University of Dallas, five athletes would be tabbed on the list for their respective sport. Juniors Barton Holdridge (Fort Worth, Texas) and Anna Fazio (Beaumont, Texas), sophomore Peter deTar (Coeur d’Alene, Idaho), freshmen Caroline Schemel (Greencastle, Pa.) and Mariana Burciaga (Forney, Texas) all earned the accolade.
