University of Dallas places five student-athletes on 2012 SCAC Fall 'All-Sportsmanship' Teams

LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. - The Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC) announced Tuesday that five University of Dallas student-athletes -- Javier Secaira, Olivia Bach, Kenneth Waterbury, Abi Weisbrod and Hannah Glick -- have been named to the 2012 SCAC Fall All-Sportsmanship Teams.

A total of 30 players were selected to the 2012 squad in the sports of men’s & women’s cross country, football, men’s soccer, women’s soccer and volleyball. 

  • Secaira (Men's Cross Country)
  • Bach (Women's Cross Country)
  • Waterbury (Men's Soccer)
  • Weisbrod (Women's Soccer)
  • Glick (Volleyball)

The SCAC places a special emphasis on sportsmanship each year and is asking all fans of the conference to exhibit good sportsmanship at all conference functions throughout the 2012-2013 season. 

Each head coach was asked to elect one member their team who displayed good sportsmanship throughout the season.
