LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. – The Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC) announced its Student-Athlete Academic Honor Roll today for the 2019 fall term. The conference named 458 student-athletes among 10 affiliated institutions. The University of Dallas placed 39 student-athletes across five fall sponsored sports including: men’s cross country, women’s cross country, men’s soccer, women’s soccer, and volleyball.

LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. - The Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC) today announced its 12th annual fall All-Sportsmanship teams. A total of 47 student-athletes were selected to the 2019 squad in the sports of men’s cross country, women’s cross country, men’s soccer, women’s soccer and volleyball.

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. – The University of Dallas placed 12 people on the United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA) National All-Academic Team. To be eligible, student-athletes must have at least a 3.5 Cumulative GPA and be a sophomore or higher in eligibility status. Dallas had members listed from its cross country (nine from women and men) and soccer (three combined) programs.

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. – The University of Dallas men’s cross country team competed at the United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA) Championship race on Friday. The Crusaders finished eighth out of 11 teams with a score of 207. Thomas Lagarde (Linden, Va.) paced the team with a 12th place finish and a new Personal Record (PR) of 27:28.64 in the 8k race.

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. The University of Dallas men’s cross country team finished seventh with 198 points, just ahead of Schreiner University who grabbed 199 at the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC) Championships on Saturday. Thomas Lagarde (Linden, Va.) claimed the 26th position with a time of 28:24.6.

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – The University of Dallas men’s cross country team will compete in the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC) Championships on Saturday, November 2nd at Widick Field hosted by Colorado College. Dallas finished sixth last year at the conference championship race at Schreiner University.

University of Dallas Athletics Releases 2019 EADA Data

IRVING, Texas – The Equity in Athletics Disclosure Act (EADA) requires athletics data to be submitted annually via a web-based data collection, by all co-educational postsecondary institutions that receive Title IV funding and that have an intercollegiate athletic program, to prepare an annual report to the Department of Education on athletic participation, staffing, and revenues and expenses, by men's and women's teams. The Department will use this information in preparing its required report to the Congress on gender equity in intercollegiate athletics.
