IRVING, Texas – The University of Dallas Athletics Department inducted three new members to the Hall of Fame on Sunday. This 2017 class marked the 20th year that Dallas has recognized and honored previous student-athletes and increased the total number of people in the UD Hall of Fame to 70.
8 Crusaders Qualify for 2017 Fall Sports USCAA All-Academic Teams

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. – The United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA) released the 2017 Fall Sport National All-Academic Winners on Thursday evening. The University of Dallas placed eight student-athletes from men’s soccer, women’s soccer, volleyball, men’s cross country, and women’s cross country among these lists.

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. – The United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA) released the All-American and End of the Year Award Winners on Thursday evening. Diana Hassink (Tulsa, Okla.) was a recipient from the University of Dallas volleyball team to be named an Honorable Mention All-American.

Volleyball unable to Overcome UC Santa Cruz on Saturday

SANTA CRUZ, Calif. – The University of Dallas volleyball team dropped a three-set match at University of California-Santa Cruz on Saturday. After falling 25-16, the Crusaders battled their opponent to a thrilling extra-point second set. The highest scoring combined set of the season favored the home squad 31-29. The Banana Slugs then closed out the triumph with another 25-16 final.
Volleyball starts California Trip with Dominant Win

OAKLAND, Calif. – The University of Dallas volleyball won a straight set sweep for its 10th victory of the season and won back-to-back matches for the second time this year at Mills College. The Crusaders roared in front in the first set and prevailed by their largest margin in a set this campaign with a 20-point win. That included a game-best 12 kills in 25 attempts for a .360 hitting percentage.

Volleyball wins Thriller over Schreiner; Split Final day of SCAC Cross-Divisional

SHREVEPORT, La. – The University of Dallas volleyball team wrapped up conference play by splitting two matches on Sunday in the cross-divisional at Centenary College. After being swept by No. 5 Trinity in the early afternoon matchup, the Crusaders edged out Schreiner University in a back-to-back contest that went five sets.
