IRVING, Texas – The University of Dallas athletics department celebrated its sixth annual end of the year banquet on Sunday, May 5, at the Hagger University Center. Each coach from the 15 NCAA affiliated programs took a moment to speak on behalf of their program, as well as recognize those that received postseason achievements highlighted by each team’s Most Valuable Player (Listed at bottom).

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. – The United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA) announced its All-American award winners for women’s soccer division 1 and 2. The University of Dallas had all four of its nominations selected with Elisa Duran (Pomona, Calif.) and May Lien (Katy, Texas) being placed on First Team. Monica O’Donnell (Lincoln, Neb.) earned a spot on the Second Team, while Katia Guzman (Pearland, Texas) received honorable mention.

SAN ANTONIO, Texas - The Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC) office today announced the 2018 SCAC Women's Soccer All-Tournament team.

SAN ANTONIO, Texas – The No. 6 Seed University of Dallas was defeated 2-0 by the No. 2 Seed Southwestern University in the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC) on Paul McGinlay Field, which is home to Trinity University. After pulling a huge upset Friday thanks to a shootout, the Crusaders (3-11-4) were unable to keep the momentum against Southwestern.

SAN ANTONIO, Texas – The No. 6 Seed University of Dallas women’s soccer team advanced in penalty kicks, 4-2, to edge the No. 3 seed Texas Lutheran University on Friday afternoon in the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC) Quarterfinals hosted at Trinity University.

LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. – On Wednesday, the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC) released the 2018 Women’s Soccer All-Conference Awards. The University of Dallas placed a trio of players on the All-SCAC Second Team. Elisa Duran (Pomona, Calif.), Monica O’Donnell (Lincoln, Neb.), and Le Lien (Katy, Texas) formed this group. Olivia Severson (La Crosse, Wis.) was named to the All-SCAC Honorable Mention Team.

SEGUIN, Texas – The University of Dallas women’s soccer team was edged 1-0 at Texas Lutheran University on Sunday afternoon in the final regular season match. A goal by TLU (9-5-3, 8-4-2 SCAC) in the second half proved to be the difference.

Crusaders Defense Not Enough in OT at Southwestern University

GEORGETOWN, Texas – The University of Dallas women’s soccer team went to overtime for the third straight Friday in October. Unlike the first two matches that ended in a tie, Dallas (3-9-3, 2-7-2 SCAC) allowed Southwestern University (10-5, 8-3) to slip a game-winning goal by at the 94:42 minute mark and finish off a 1-0 victory at Varsity Field.

IRVING, Texas – The University of Dallas women’s soccer team dropped a 3-0 decision to Southwestern University on Sunday afternoon. The Pirates spoiled Senior Day for Dallas (3-8-2, 2-6-1 SCAC) by putting in all three goals in the second half.
