Women's Golf Wrapped Up Rockwind Links Intercollegiate on Monday
HOBBS, N.M. - The University of Dallas women's golf team concluded the Rockwind Links Intercollegiate tournament on Monday. The Crusaders finished ninth at this week's outing with an overall score of 817 (421, 396). Kaylei Richardson (Vega, Texas) led the Crusaders foursome by carding a 189 (97, 92) to place herself in a tie for 39th.
Claire Kirby (Lubbock, Texas) improved by one shot on the day by notching a 98. She finished T-45. Emma Christensen (West Haven, Utah) improved by two strokes as she placed 48th. Tiffany Han (Walnut, Calif.) has the biggest improvement after she shot 17 strokes better today from Monday's round with a 102.
Summer Swift of Texas Lutheran University won the tournament with a 148 (76, 72). Madison Goldberg (Southwestern University) took second after carding a 153, while Baylee Oehlert gathered third (156).
Southwestern University took the win with a score of 647. Hardin-Simmons University notched second (664). University of Mary Hardin-Baylor rounded out the top three with a 668.
