DOWN MEMORY LANE: Capozella Pushes UD to NEAC Championship

IRVING, Texas - Heather Capozella ran cross country at UD from 2008 to 2011 and is the co-holder of the UD record for most career races. The highlight of her career was in her freshman year when she ran a 22:23 in the 5000 meter championship of the North Eastern Athletic Conference on November 1 in Cobleskill, New York. Her run was good for 24^th place and it pushed UD to the conference championship.
