Wilgenbusch Named SCAC Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week

LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. - ANNA WILGENBUSCH OF UNIVERSITY OF DALLAS, a sophomore from St. Paul, Minn., has been named the SCAC Women's Runner of the Week for meets ran through Sunday, September 15th.

It is the second time the sophomore has earned SCAC Women's Runner of the Week in her career. Her first time grabbing the accolade was also week 3 in 2018.

Wilgenbusch won the inaugural UT-Dallas Cross Country Invitational last Saturday following a career-best 5K time of 18:55.0. This year Wilgenbusch has paced the Crusaders at both meets and is the first Dallas runner to win a meet since 2013.
