Cuba, Pivarunas Named USCAA Runners of the Week

Senior Greg Pivarunas (Elma, NY/St. Francis H.S.) was selected men's cross country runner of the week for the second straight week. The senior from the University of Dallas ran a 29:29 this week in the 8K, leading to a 3rd place finish at his teams invitational. His team also placed 3rd in the event.

Senior Angela Cuba (Holliday, TX/Holliday H.S.) was chosen as the women's cross country runner of the week. The senior from the University of Dallas ran a 27:41 at her home invitational for a 3rd place finish to help her team place in third in the race. Pivarunas and Cuba are coached by Dore Madere.
