Volleyball Match vs UMHB Cancelled

IRVING, Texas - Last night's volleyball match against the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor was set to go on as scheduled when a campus-wide power outage occurred with approximately 15 minutes left in warm ups.  The start of the match was delayed and at approximately 6:30pm, 30 minutes after the scheduled start time, the two teams agreed the match would not be played that night and attempts to reschedule for a later date would be made.

As of this morning it has been confirmed by both parties that the match will not be rescheduled, as a suitable date could not be agreed upon, and the match has been officially cancelled.  The Crusaders will now be back in action next weekend for a conference crossover event hosted by Centenary College.  They will face Trinity at 11:00 am and Schreiner at 6:00 pm on Friday, Oct. 20, and Colorado College at 10:00 am and Centenary at 1:00 pm on Saturday, Oct. 21.
