GAME INFORMATION
The University of Dallas volleyball team wraps up the regular season with road matches on Tuesday and Wednesday. The Crusaders return to Sherman for their fifth match in the last four days up there against Austin College to end Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC) play. First serve is at 7 p.m.
Dallas concludes the regular season at Dallas Christian with a 6 p.m. start time.
MATCH NOTES
- Dallas enters 15-18 overall and 8-9 in SCAC play.
- UD clinched a spot in the SCAC Tournament for the second straight year.
- The team combined for 437 digs in its matches over the weekend that included a trio of them having eclipsed 100 digs.
- Dayjah Whyte (Round Rock, Texas) and Abigail Porras (El Paso, Texas) are tied for the team-lead for kills on the year with 342 apiece.
- Whyte and Anna Stevenson (Dallas, Texas) have led the block all season with a stronger presence of late. Whyte paces the squad with 80 total blocks and Stevenson has 73. Stevenson has accumulated a team-best 25 solo blocks.

- Austin College also holds a 15-18 record. It is 9-8 in conference play after topping Centenary College on Sunday in a five-set thriller to clinch a tournament berth of its own.

Dallas last played DCC in 2017 in Irving with the home squad winning 3-1. The last two road meetings at Dallas Christian have gone five sets with the sides going 1-1. The last meeting there was in 2016.
ROAD AHEAD
Dallas earned a top-six spot in the SCAC standings and will head to the tournament held in Seguin, Texas, home of Texas Lutheran University on November 8-10. A victory on Tuesday would created a three-way tie between Austin, TLU, and UD. A loss would put the Crusaders as the sixth seed and pair them playing the third seed Southwestern University in the opening round.
