Ebberwein and Scott go for UD Women's Track at East Texas Invite on Saturday
COMMERCE, Texas - The University of Dallas women's track and field team competed in the East Texas Invite on Saturday. Nearly 30 teams from all divisions competed in the meet in Commerce, Texas.
Freshman Grace Ebberwein (Wichita, Kan) finished in the top five of an event for the second time this season with a fourth place finish in the 10,000m run. Ebberwein's time in the 10,000m was 41:11.87.
Fellow distance runner Megan Scott (Hudson, Mass.) competed in the 5,000m run and ran 21:49.78 for the event.
The Crusaders travel to Abilene on April 17 to compete in the McMurry Warhawk Challenge for their final regular season meet. The meet will be hosted by McMurry University.
