Ebberwein Headlines Crusaders on Women's Side at TSU Relays with 2nd Place Finish in 5000 Meters

HOUSTON - The University of Dallas women's track and field teams competed in the TSU Relays in Houston, Texas on Saturday. Saturday's meet featured teams of all levels, including Division I schools like Grambling State and hosts Texas Southern.

Crusader freshman Grace Ebberwein (Wichita, Kan) headlined the day's events for Dallas with a PR and a second place finish in the 5000m run with a time of 21:04.59 in a race that featured five athletes from Grambling. 

Megan Scott (Hudson, Mass.) also hit a PR in the 5000m with a time of 21:38.18.

The track and field teams will continue the season this weekend at the TLU DIII Challenge in Seguin, Texas on Saturday, March 27.
