SEASON IN REVIEW: Women's Track and Field
IRVING, Texas – Head Coach Matt Barber completed his second season guiding the women's track and field team. Katie McIntyre (Sparta, N.J.) captured third team all-conference in the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC) Championships. Additionally, along with Bridget Kennedy (San Antonio, Texas) the duo won individual championships at the United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA) Championships. McIntyre had a pair as UD won the first individual championships since 2004. Altogether, four school records were broken by the end of the campaign, and several improving performances were displayed among the younger squad.
