Freshman student-athlete Antonella Escarfullery named SCAC Women's Field 'Athlete of the Week'

LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. - ANTONELLA ESCARFULLERY OF THE UNIVERSITY OF DALLAS, a freshman from Plano, Texas, has been selected the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC) Women's Field Athlete-of-the-Week for meets conducted Monday, March 25 through Sunday March 31.

Escarfullery competed at the Trinity Relays where she had a season-best effort in the High Jump. She cleared 1.53m, which currently ranks as the second-best jump in the SCAC this season.

Escarfullery also competed in the Long Jump and also set a season-best mark in that event (4.17m).
