Women's T&F places 'Second' at 2013 SCAC Championships

SAN ANTONIO - The University of Dallas women's track & field team placed second in the 2013 Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC) Track & Field Championships hosted Friday and Saturday by Trinity University.

The Trinity University women won their first conference women's track title since 2007 and eighth overall at the 2013 SCAC Track & Field Championships held on the champions' home track.

Trinity tallied 368 points to win the team title, while the University of Dallas finished as the women's runner-up with 91 points scored. Southwestern University was third with 82 points, and Colorado College rounded out the standings with 48 points scored.
