Dallas Ends Season Against Southwestern

SHERMAN, Texas - The University of Dallas women's tennis team were knocked out of the SCAC Women's Tennis Championships on Thursday.  They were defeated by 45th ranked Southwestern University 5-0 in the first quarterfinal.

With default wins at No. 3 doubles, No. 5 and No.6 singles, the Pirates needed just two wins at No. 1 and No. 2 doubles to secure the match and advance to the semifinals.

Caroline Dodson and Sanskriti Baranwal were defeated 8-1 at No. 1 doubles, while Kathleen Roset and Monica Kennedy were beaten 8-0 at No. 2 doubles.
