LAS COLINAS, Texas - The University of Dallas women's tennis team lost their non-conference match against Sul Ross State 8-1 on Saturday, falling to 0-13 on the year.

At line one doubles, Caroline Dodson and Sanskriti Baranwal were defeated 8-1, while Kathleen Roset and Jill Getman were beaten 8-2 at line two doubles.  Line three went to Sul Ross by default.

Roset was defeated 6-0, 6-2 in her line one singles match, while Dodson put up a tough fight at line two, but was beaten 6-4, 6-3.

Baranwal notched the only point of the day for the Crusaders with a 6-1, 6-1 win in her line three singles match, her first match win of the season.

Getman was downed 6-0, 6-0 at line four, and Monica Kennedy was beaten 6-2, 6-2 at line five.  Line six went to Sul Ross by default.

The Crusaders have one more regular season match before the Conference Tournament.  They will face LeTourneau University on the road on Saturday, April 20 at 10:00 am.
